A bit of fan art I forgot to post. I love when Arakawa uses the circle-eyes for Hawkeye, something she usually reserves for her non-human characters (and especially poignant when applied to Hawkeye as a sniper). Though she is not as high profile as Roy, Riza has done her share of heavy stuff and gained her own kind of infamy.
